Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the platform operated by Orijtech, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

User Content

You may submit content to the Platform, including documents, data, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

Payment Terms

Certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any fee changes before they take effect.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@orijtech.com. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Last modified" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
